It can't be the Waystones. I saw someone using that mod with spawned Witches.

Same has happened to me so I'll just comment on here. Both towers found, completely empty. Not even 1 witch. Someone said they spawn overtime but when? I have played this cave since the day it got out. Still no witches. Nothing. So that might be wrong. Please don't tell me I have to find a new Candy Cavity.
