Rainbounce Boots don't prevent fall damage

The player can get some crazy height with the Candy Cane Hooks, and get even higher with the Far Flung enchantment - but the Rainbounce Boots don't always prevent fall damage, even from the occasional lower, slower bounce. Not sure if this is intentional.
