conflicts with Caves and Canyons(?)

So I've been tired of having ravines and caves making holes on the surface generation of my minecraft world and thought I'd try the mod Caves and Canyons. At first, it pretty much fixes the problem of having too many cave entrances and ravines on surface generation, but I soon found out that there are a few issues I believe conflicts with Alex's Caves' generation. I'm not sure if structure generation has to do with it specifically, but I could be wrong.
Here are my examples:
For the most part, Candy Cavity generation is fine, except for a few bits here and there, such as narrow cave entrances. What really strikes me is that structures tend to mash up with each-other when generating.
Nothing much to note here, although some cave passages are kinda narrow here and there (I could be wrong, so idk)
Primordial Caverns generation is fine just like the Candy Cavity for the most part. However, some structures tend to generate right next to a cave wall, and sometimes, the cave generation tends to be unnatural in certain places as seen in this photo.
