so generating a candy cavity biome causes a crash, also disabling the biome in the config doesn't seem to do anything at all

also when I said that I disabled it in the config I also tried creating a new world to test if the issue persisted after disabling the biome and it immediately crashed before the new world could load in with the same crash as in the log above.

Having the same issue with the same biome and crash report. It seems to only happen when trying to load a superflat world.

I can't find any setting it could possibly be. Similarly tried turning the biome off completely and it changed nothing.

I have now tried in v2.0.1 and it happens there as well. I could also check v2.0.0, but it seems clear to me that this is some sort of conflict in the Candy Cavity's generation logic. Hope someone fixes this...
