I would like to suggest the addition of a configurable option for adjusting the speed of minecarts when using the Levitating Rails.

Currently, the speed of minecarts on Levitating Rails is fixed, and there is no setting available in the alexscaves-general.toml configuration file to modify it. Allowing server administrators or players to adjust the speed through the config file would provide greater flexibility and enable better integration with custom server setups.

This feature would allow for:

Enhanced control over transportation systems.

Better optimization for long-distance travel.

Improved compatibility with other mods that adjust minecart behavior.

I believe adding this functionality would make Alex's Caves even more versatile and appealing to server owners and modpack creators.
