Whenever a player on my server is affected by the "Irradiated" effect or encounters Notors in the Magnetic Caves, graphical de-synchronization occurs across the client. This includes:

Entities and players appearing in the wrong positions

Beds and some modded blocks floating or rendering incorrectly
This issue happens in both singleplayer and multiplayer, but not to all players. Also, players are using the same modpack install, so there shouldn't be any variation there.
What I've done:
Disabled all major rendering/optimization mods (Embeddium, Oculus, EntityCulling, CullLeaves, ImmediatelyFast, Visuality, FirstPerson) — no improvement
Removed shader packs and resource packs — no change
Confirmed the issue is tied to proximity to Radcats, Notors, or affected players with "irradiated"

Hi, I know you are not the creator of the mods, but do you know if he still works with mods or has he stopped?
He has lots of recent contributions and there have been updates this year
