I have found three bugs during testing of the Sugar Rush potion effect
#1 Sometimes when the buff lasts longer than 3 minutes the time slow effect stops working
#2 Arrows when shot out of a bow freeze for a second before instantly teleporting to there target
#3 When the buff is of higher tier it increases the speed of the player but doesn't change the slow down effect on the world though i am unsure if this is intentional or not
