Example:
If Person A - Gets targeted by the Watchers attack, which freezes the player and shows what the watcher sees, Person B will also get their screen frozen in place and unable to move as if they are being targeted themselves. (It makes it seem like the game had froze for Person B, when it had not.)
This also affects people who are in creative mode.
