I'll explain this in steps, Including what I did or used for this to happen:

-I was exploring a toxic caves, when I died by a zombie.

-I teleported back to my body (I'm using the corpse mod and journey maps to teleport to my death), when a Nucleeper approached me and started it's countdown (the siren sound effect scared me).

-I killed it with a Create Double Brass Saber, but now in the spot that it died, it loudly keeps playing the siren sound effect on loop without stopping. Even if I teleport away from the cave itself or walk far enough so the siren sound effect stops playing, whenever I come back to the spot that it died in, the sound effect keeps playing non-stop.
