I think pewen sapling and thornwood sapling need to be registered in minecraft:saplings "item" tag.

I also suggest that armor, weapons, and tools be registered in tags minecraft:swords, forge:armors/helmets, forge:armors/chestplates, forge:armors/leggings, forge:armors/boots, forge:tools/bows, and forge:tools as needed.
