After putting a Lead on a Tremorsaurus and taking it off, it no longer attacks what I attack or what attacks it. It seems that if I leave the lead on it behaves normally.

Exiting to main menu fixes it, but I found this out because I went to another world and recreated the issue. It is still an issue but has an easy work around.
