Not bugs, but compatibility issues.

1. Thornwood and Pewen logs cannot be stripped with a mechanical saw, or turned into planks/stairs/slabs with a saw.
2. All new stone types cannot be cut by the mechanical saw either.
3. Gaelenia iron ore, uranium ore, and Guanostone Redstone ores cannot be processed by the crushing wheels; it just destroys the ores. (they are also missing the tag: can be crushed, which is used for filtering)
4. Pine nuts, tree stars, and Pewen saplings are not picked up by mechanical saw tree farms. (Ancient saplings are picked up and placed by machines, however)
