The idea is the user can specify what amount of arrows the Dreadbow will spawn per arrow instance. So one would say spawn 100 vanilla Arrows. 50 Seeking Arrow. 20 Burrowing Arrows. But only 2 TNT Arrows from another mod due to griefing/explosion lag concerns
