like the title, this is just a suggestion

i wanted TZ to be able to destroy cobweb block because currently in AC 1.1.1, they can't. even if player gives aid to their pet tz to destroy cobweb using various melee attacks, the cobweb is just staying there

(and yes, my mob griefing is true and also cobweb ignores the heat ray wtf)
