Magnetrons forming body ability is now completely broken.

When a Magnetron forms its body, it will always form it from specifically stone (even when there is no stone around) and never destroy any nearby blocks (even when mobGriefing is true).
Killing a Magnetron in its body form will also make it drop a lot more stone than it has built its body out of.
