I've noticed several bugs with the irradiated shader applied to mobs with the effect and I decided to list them all here instead of having to open separate issues for every single one:

-Irradiated shader doesn't render on mobs given the effect via commands
-Irradiated shader doesn't persist on mobs with the effect across restarts
-Irradiated shader stops rendering on mobs after they get unloaded and reloaded, even if they still have the effect

Side note, the raycat isn't affected by any of these bugs
