A couple of friends summoned the Void Worm and killed it, fighting on the Ender Dragon's island. The area is now littered with green crystals that I can't interact with. Even after a server restart, these remain.

ATM6 modpack with AlexMobs 1.12.1 manually added. I'm primarily looking for a way to remove them.
