Tendon Whip ocasionally damages player if armor has Thorns enchantment

With netherite leggings containing Thorns III player sometimes gets hurt when attacking. Without leggings there is no self damage.

This still isn't fixed. I'm experiencing this on 1.20, v1.22.4
