Messing around with spawn config files to make it so that A. Emus and Kangaroos do not spawn in Savannas and B. Tigers do not spawn in BoP Cherry Forests. This worked successfully for the Emu, but when (as far as I can tell) any change is made to the Kangaroo's or Tiger's spawn config file, they will spawn in any biome that does not have ""negate": true," set in the file, including biomes that aren't even mentioned in the file e.g. plains and forests.

Also having similar issues with the spawn configs. In previous versions, mob spawns were configurable via configure (mod), but now aren't. I tried setting things to "negate: true" as well, but the mobs in question are still spawning.
I'm on 1.19.2 forge.
