Lava rendered as water when using shaders

This has apparently already been fixed for version 1.19.2, but it still exists for 1.18.2.
When using shaders, and even with the "shadersCompat" config option set to true, the game will render any form of lava as water. Others have brought this issue up for this version in a post from early September, but I'm opening a new issue in the hopes that it gets fixed.
In said previous post, other users did confirm that it was caused by AlexsMobs, and not its dependency or any version of Optifine. Others tried reinstalling everything, but the problem continued.
Minecraft version: 1.18.2
Optifine version: 1.18.2 HD U H7
Citadel version: 1.11.3
Alexsmobs version: 1.18.6
