Does anyone have any config files that will make Alex' mobs spawn in BOP biomes?

Hey I have a similar issue but with Alex Mobs spawning in the wrong biomes and refusing to listen to config files I tinker with... For some reason alex mobs doesn't like Biomes o plenty and I will probably have to remake the config files from scratch.
