[1.20 / 1.20.1 - Forge 47.0.19] Dimensional Carvers doesn't work

The Dimensional Carver and Shattered Dimensional Carver starts mining but the mining animation in the hand stops right after. Then when the blue crack is done, it resets and no portal appear.
