When gusts fly through slabs or fence, it's ok, but they also fly through full solid blocks like cobblestone and dirt. It's not realistic and not convenient for automation. This bug (or feature?) is only since some version.
alexsmobs-1.21.1.jar (for MC 1.19.2) walls stop gusts.
alexsmobs-1.22.5.jar (for MC 1.20.1) walls don't stop gusts.
