Hello, I have both of the mods but it seems in regions unexplored biomes are moded mobs not spawning do I need to do anything with config or is there easier version?

alexs mobs work with most of modded biomes, maybe try to open a mirror issue on regions unexplored

I am having the same problem. I have downloaded the newest version of the mod, relaunched my game, took the mod out of the folder and put it back in. And nothing, the same thing was still happening. Hopefully someone can fix it.
