I am experiencing an issue where Minecraft fails to launch and displays "Exit Code 1."

My system specifications are as follows:

OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2
CPU: Intel i9-13900K
GPU: AMD RX 6900XT

I am using the following software versions:

Minecraft Java Edition (Win/Mac): 1.21.3
Forge: 1.21.1-forge-52.0.22
Alex’s Mobs: 1.22.9
Citadel: 2.6.0-1.20.1
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 23.0.1+11-39)

When I click Play, Minecraft fails to launch and shows "Exit Code 1." Is there a solution to this issue?
I think citadel is causing problems...

it's a 1.20.1 mod no 1.21.1
