[Suggestion] Capsids should have properties of hoppers

Capsids are useful in automation, but lack a few features to make them on par with hoppers:
- Readable by comparators
- Disableable using redstone power
- Some way to ignore the usual capsid conversion recipes
Currently, they're difficult to use controllably. If they were more useful, there would be a better reason to make capsid farms.
