The Shattered Dimensional Caver allows to travel 1 million blocks by breaking the air in front of you with right-click.
However when you are at the world border, the portal opens right in front of you, no matter the direction in which you are looking (not looking at the border ). That portal just takes you to the portal that opened in front of you and doesn't take the player a million blocks anymore.
If you go a few hundreds blocks from the world border away it creates the second portal at 500 blocks away instead of right next to it:

Get to the World-Border
Use the Shattered Dimensional Caver in any direction
Watch the result

Expected Behavior:

Expected that the portal would work in any direction that is not the border to reach a world corner.

Actual Behavior:

The bug (feature ? ) happened and i couldn't reach the world border corner

Additionally:

I tried this only in the Nether and in the End.
The Overworld Border can be reached by going in the Nether to the coordinates that correspond to the border in the overworld, as 1 block = 8 blocks, saving some time.
So i don't know if in the Overworld the same bug exists at the border, as i used the Nether to get to the world Border corner.
