I've been making a private modpack for myself and a couple of friends and Alex's mobs is a must have for what we want to do. It's a really great mod and they fit really well with the minecraft aesthetic, but as we're playing with a resource pack to make stuff higher res etc, I've started to remodel all of the default mobs to be higher poly/higher texture res.
I had the idea to see if we could do this with the mobs in the mod also (I hope this is ok, let me know if it's not), but I ran into some difficulty with opening them in either blockbench or tabula as the models didn't actually load.
I'm relatively new to modding minecraft in general so I don't know for certain but my guess is that it has something to do with Citadel and how the animations work?
I'm not sure that this is technically an 'issue' as I doubt that there was any intention to make it so anyone could do this in the first place, but (provided that you're ok with this) I was wondering if there would be a way for me to fix this problem or if there's any chance at all that in an update support for doing this could be incorporated?
