Alex's Bald Eagle causes extreme lag.

Bald eagle crashed my server due to exceeding tick time. I have Sodium(includes lithium) on my server though. I was feeding a cat fish and my friend was fishing at the time(probably where the eagle was encountered). But it was stuck somewhere in the entity collision functions like Splutty is seeing.

I was able to reproduce it, took me summoning about 50 of them before I got it though. It started lagging when an eagle went into its flying animation while still on the ground. I was holding a fish but the eagle hadn't seemed to notice it yet.

Doesn't seem to be related to collision with any special block or anything, it was just sitting on cobblestone
