It's a neat gimmick that Flies becomes Mosquitos in the nether, but every other cute gimmick in the mod has some sort of either farming use or rare item acquisition.
Dropping more blood sacs and always dropping a proboscis seems like a simple enough way to make this gimmick have some usability too!
