Terraforged does add a bunch of biomes based on the vanilla ones, it would be cool if animals would spawn on those biomes too :D

Alex mobs is intended to work with any mods wich add new biomes, with no exceptions. so it's very likely that mobs are spawning on Terraforged biomes but you just didn't see them yet. and if they are actually not spawning, then you can just change this through the config files

also, I've already played with both Terraforged and Alex's Mobs installed, and mobs spawned normally

if the biome are specified correctly in the code then mobs will spawn perfectly

we are on 2021 dude, it's been years since animals no longer spawn over time, and Alex's Mobs animals follow the same formula. they only spawn once and you need to explore the world to find them in other locations, if they aren't already present near you. now, if you are referring to them spawning after you have installed the mod, then this is another story.

I'm sorry, the way I said it might have made it sound offensive, but I didn't have the intention of offending you. I just thought that you didn't know about this, my intention was just to inform you about how animal spawning works now. you just interpreted it in the wrong way
