This problem has been bothering me across different versions of this mod. I have some kind of farm set up (in this case an apple tree farm) and have a crow set to gathering mode. I have an apple in an item frame on a chest so that the crow collects the apples that drop from the trees, but whenever it picks up a different item (such as wheat seeds or saplings) it will indefinitely stop collecting apples until I remove the item from its mouth.

I think crows set to gathering mode should prioritize items that are marked for gathering, while also dropping any items that aren't marked when they spot an item that is so that gathering doesn't become interrupted.
