Salt unification appears to be incomplete. Salt crushed ore from Modern Industrialization crushes to MI salt dust and the Chemical Crystallizer from Mekansim converts gaseous brine to mekanism salt dust.

I have double checked the MI issue and it looks like the recipe structure is different. Your recipe shows crushing salt ores to salt as an alternate to crushing to salt crushed dust rather than replacing it. This allows crushed salt ore to still be accessible and convertible to MI salt.
