The MI double gold ingot recipe is throwing an error in Kubejs as seen in the screenshot below. Looking at these recipes it appears that they are simply incorrect as well. They are supposed to be for cutting double ingots to 4 rods but it appears that you have inadvertantly made them cutting double ingots into 4 ingots which in fact is a duplication loop since you can get two, make double, get 4, make 4 double, get 16 etc.
