Steps to reproduce

• create any tool with any combination of parts
• use the tool for a bit so that durability goes down
• dismantle the tool with any tier of hammer
• take the same parts that were removed and reassemble the tool in a crafting table

Expected result: The tool should retain previous durability after being reassembled, similar to how the silent gear mod works on forge

Actual result: The tool's durability resets as if it were being constructed with new parts even though the previous parts were used again
