What is says on the tin; could add a separate magic damage bonus instead as well. Strikes me as a funny way of connecting the armor set to the magic damage present in silver weapons/tools. There is a bit of double-dipping considering that silver armor is more about magic defense, but it seems like a harmless enough addition :]
