Detected as Incompatible with 1.21.4

When attempting to load the pack the launcher crashes and generates a crash report stating that Alternate Current is compatible with versions 1.21.2 or above, and below 1.21.4 despite being marked as compatible with 1.21.4.
I have tried reverting the mod back to mod version 1.9.0 and had the same error occur.
