Describe the bug
Menu event will not play if you are tabbed out of the game when it finishes loading. Default Minecraft music still plays for the menu, and ambience will still play other songs once you load into a world.

Where playing in SinglePlayer or Multiplayer?
-Neither, on the menu after the game starts up

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start game with a menu song active
2. Tab out of the game (I tabbed out to Discord)
3. When the game finishes loading and you get to the title screen, no music will play and instead vanilla Minecraft music will begin playing

Expected behavior
Menu music to still play when I tabbed back into my game; vanilla Minecraft music to not play

Update: Seems to happen only occasionally, it was 100% reproduceable but it's stopped happening every time. Still happens, but only on occasion.
