Describe the bug

Changing music volume doesn't work for me for some reason. I can only either set music volume to 1 - 100 for full volume or 0 for no volume. Pressing 'o' to reload the mod doesn't seem to do anything either. It worked for a friend with the same modpack, though.

Where playing in SinglePlayer or Multiplayer?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open minecraft
2. Change music volume
3. Nothing happens even reloading the mod.

Expected behavior
The music volume to change.
