Heavy metal remix of Pigstep plays randomly

Describe the bug
A heavy metal remix of Pigstep plays at random intervals...? But it could be tied to maxing out mob cap?
Are you playing in Singleplayer or Multiplayer?
Singleplayer
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1). Launch Minecraft after installing the base ambience music pack (and InControl to make mob count debugging easier) and load into a world (that has cheats enabled).
2). Wait for the Pigstep remix to play...? (Or find some way to max the mob cap?)
3). Once the heavy metal Pigstep remix starts playing, run this command; /incontrol kill hostile
4). As soon as this command is entered, the Pigstep remix stops. This makes me believe its trigger is tied to the hostile mob cap or something akin to it.
Expected behavior
Pigstep remix doesn't play at all unless specifically told to by using the configs.

Additional context
While testing, I used Forge 36.1.9 AND Forge 36.1.32 using the base music pack. Nothing in the music pack has been changed, and I've been unable to find the MP3 file associated with the Pigstep remix. It should be in the MP3 folder to be able to play but isn't in there and still somehow manages to play. Additionally, another user named "NyanMinecrafter" on the Ambience Extras' Discord has noticed this bug's existence.
