Mod ambientenvironment is only using deprecated 'modmenu:clientsideOnly' custom value! This is no longer needed and will be removed.

Soo looks like you just need to remove these lines (don't need to add anything to replace them) from the fabric.mod.json file.

  "custom": {
    "modmenu:clientsideOnly": true
  },

I have done this and the error is no more and your mod is displayed correctly in the modmenu.
