Deep cave audio starting volume jump

Summary
Some cave sounds start briefly with a very high volume before returning to normal.
Running Environment
- Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
- AmbientSounds Version: 6.2.0
- NeoForge Version: 21.1.208
Tested by creating a brand new NeoForge instance, kept all game defaults, with only AmbientSounds (and CreativeCore) installed.
Detail
Having AmbientSounds installed I kept noticing strange audio hitches when underground in deep caves. Investigating, this seems to happen when specific sounds begin to play:

Additional Data
After recording these, I used the mod Extreme sound muffler to selectively mute those two sounds. I then watched the debug output while listening for any more sounds that might be causing a similar issue. I believe the following sounds have the same problem:
