Currently the description on Curseforge and Modrinth says

Modpack creators, please feel free to include this mod in a modpack as long as the mod is taken from Curseforge and I am credited!

Is it intentional that it only mentions Curseforge and doesn't mention Modrinth?

Not intended! I've updated that sentence on both platforms with no specific site reference at all to avoid any future confusion.
