Interesting interaction. I'll look into how Health Levels monitors xp gain and see if there's a workaround, otherwise I might have to implement a new configuration option for either disabling the Altar or perhaps limiting how often you can extract from it (once every X seconds/minutes or something)

New versions add a custom player-xp-gain method that bypasses Health Levels and other mods that might monitor the vanilla function. Also added a config option to re-enable the vanilla function in the altar if the interaction with mods is desirable.
