The Sentry Lab would get a new Room type called Aercloud Lab and would extend further into the ground. The Nature Lab will be replaced with new Boss Rooms for 2 new Mini Bosses called the Mutated Aechor Plant and the Blighted Cockatrice. Both will drop an Ancient Sentry Room
