[Bug] Extension Sage Spell not working properly

Observed behaviour
Encountered in MC Eternal, but was replicated in a less populated instance.
Extension Spell does not Discover or go on Cooldown when cast.
Expected behaviour
Extension Spell to go on cooldown.
Steps to reproduce
- Install EBWizardry and Ancient Spellcraft
- Equip Sage armor and get Sage Tome
- Apply Potion Effect to self (and potentially other targets, only self was tested properly in my scenario)
- Cast Extension spell
- Does not go on Cooldown, can be indefinitely recast for endless effect duration
