Observed behaviour

Not sure what the spell is supposed to do (maybe zoom like a spyglass?) But nothing happens. Using Optifine, though, so maybe it's messing with it. (OptiFine_1.12.2_HD_U_G5.jar)

Expected behaviour

Spell does something.

Steps to reproduce

Apply to wand, use. Nothing happens, even though there's a sound and the cross hair animates.
