[Bug] Conjure cake not working in scroll form

Is there an existing issue for this?

Observed behaviour
When using the Conjure Cake scroll it says that it's disabled in the config, but when using the spell form on a wand it works just fine (also, I think there should be a sound when the cake's spawned.)
Expected behaviour
It should spawn the cake no problem.
Steps to reproduce
Get a Conjure Cake scroll and attempt to use it, it will say that it's disabled in the config, even though using it as a spell on a wand works fine.
