Observed behaviour

While wearing the Crown of the Merchant King, NPC Wizards do not allow trading of scrolls.

Expected behaviour

I expected that NPC Wizards would allow scroll trading (as per item description)

Steps to reproduce

1. Join Server
2. Put Crown of the Merchant King in correct Bauble place
3. Open trade with NPC friendly Wizard
4. Attempt to trade any scroll

Crashlog
