[Bug] Unbreaking/Mending can currently be applied to Spell Blades

Observed behaviour

When using a anvil to enchant in Survival mode, we can apply Mending and Unbreaking to Spell Blades.

This would be great if these enchantments actually have any effect on Durability (Mana) for Spell Blades (for example when given mana storage upgrades).

Expected behaviour

I would expect a anvil to now allow Mending and Unbreaking on Spell Blades if they are not helpful.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a server
  2. Apply Mending and Unbreaking to Spell Blade
